I sort of know the effect and impact you were after with this shot but it somehow just does not get there.
A couple of thoughts: the tree stump to the right (I assume that is what it is) is a bother; and the shot would probably be better cropped ‘tall’ by cutting off the left quarter and cropping closer to the shoes.
Possible cropping more off the right as well, even slightly into the dress.
Also, an my apologies to the model, but for a shot like that I feel that her legs are a little on the skinny side.
Finally, the shoes, which I feel are a ‘key’ into the picture, appear out of focus–always a bad thing.
