   Basically anything with heels is highly sexual, even a work uniform.
   As a comment on the photograph I find it visually disturbing that the cabinet she is sitting on is not horizontal and, although it is probably an effect you purposely introduced, I find the grain a little overdone.
   But, any picture of a nice female wearing heels is always going to get a good vote from me. 4.5.
